Ok, if there's anyone out there who's had to put this thing together before, I would SO appreciate some help! I think I have the thing together and when I try to let go of the sticks at the top to pull the rawhide around them, BLAM! the whole thing comes apart.

Any engineering advice from tepee builders out there? Would using rubber bands to hold it together at the top help at all? Also, can you actually MOVE this thing once it's together? I'm asking because the plan was for me to put it together and then drive it to my niece's house for her birthday on Saturday. It doesn't appear it can survive the trip intact. Is the potential play value worth the trouble? (Fine time to ask, I know....)
